LPP Nursing Framework Agreement Award
Medical Professional Personnel Limited T/A Nursing Personnel are proud to announce that they have been awarded a place on the LPP National Collaborative Framework Agreement for the supply of Nurses.
The LPP Nursing Framework covers four regional hubs that cover the whole of the UK;
• LPP – London Procurement Partnership (London),
• NHS Commercial Solutions (South of England),
• East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub (Midlands )
• North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (North of England).
Medical Professional Personnel Limited T/A Nursing Personnel has been awarded a place on all four regions.
The Framework has an estimated contract Value of £1.2 billion.
Period of contract: 14th May 2014 to 15th May 2016 (with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months).

Commenting on the award of the new national framework agreement for the provision of nursing and nursing related staff to the NHS, the heads of four leading NHS procurement organisations said:
“We are pleased to confirm the establishment of a new framework agreement for the provision of nursing and nursing related staff, for use by NHS organisations located across England. The agreement came into effect from 14th May 2014. The agreement is the output of a ground-breaking joint collaborative initiative undertaken by four NHS procurement organisations: NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP), North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), NHS Commercial Solutions and East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub. We believe that by working together, and combining national buying power with our strong regional and local engagement, we have been able to deliver a highly competitive agreement that really meets the needs of the NHS. We look forward to working with the appointed supplier organisations to ensure the cost effective delivery of these services to the NHS.”
Invitation to offer for the supply of Nursing and Nursing related Staff – Midlands
Period of contract: 14th May 2014 to 15th May 2016 (with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months).

On behalf of West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub, I am writing to inform you that the Standstill Period referred to in my email dated 28th April has now expired, and that your offer in respect of the above framework has been accepted. Therefore, subject to contract, I confirm the appointment of Medical Professional Personnel Ltd to the Framework Agreement in respect of the supply of nursing and nursing related staff to all NHS bodies (whether acting individually or on behalf of or together as members of any consortium) within the boundaries defined in the ITT document and any other named organisations within the same geographic region (“Participating Authorities”) that may choose to participate at their own discretion
The following documents shall be deemed to form and to be read and to be construed as part of the Framework Agreement:
• West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust Invitation to Offer dated 3rd February 2014 and all attendant documents
The Framework Agreement will commence on 14th May 2014 for a period of 2 years [with 2 x 12 month options to extend].
The nominated West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust contact for this Framework Agreement will be the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub, who will deal with all matters of administration.
