Nurses/Healthcare Workers can earn either £1000 or £500 joining/re-joining bonus depending on the number of hours worked after joining
Terms:
– Active date of this bonus scheme: 01st August 2018
– Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months UK post qualification experience and UK NMC PIN Valid.
– Candidates re-joining must have completed an NHS shift in the past 6 months.
– Re-joining Nurses/Healthcare workers must not have worked for the company for a period of 3 consecutive months prior to re-joining.
– Candidates must inform Nursing Personnel of the £1000 bonus when re-joining or newly registering.
– Candidates must complete and submit authorised timesheets for 400 hours of paid work within the first 4 months of re-joining/joining in order to qualify.
– Candidates must be 100% compliant to NHS framework agreement criteria (Occ Health, Training, Referencing, DBS etc.) For further information on framework compliance, please refer to a company representative.
– Candidates cannot claim £1000 bonus in conjunction with any other bonus offer.
– It is the candidates responsibility to claim their bonus.
– The company reserves the right to withdraw the bonus scheme and is under no obligation to replace it or pay compensation as a result of it being withdrawn.
– The company reserves the right to alter or change the terms of the scheme without notice.
– This specific term for the avoidance of doubt is final and no discussion around this term will be entered into by the company or any of its employees
– Candidates must have registered and worked the first shift before 31st Dec 2019
