The RCNi Nurse awards is an amazing evening that celebrates excellence in nursing care and recognises and rewards nurses who have stood out and gone beyond expectations to improve health outcomes, enhance patient experiences and transform nursing practice.

The most prestigious award of the night RCN Nurse of the Year was awarded to Melanie Davies for the work she carried out in Morriston Hospital Swansea. Melanie was awarded for her influential changes to the care of vulnerable patients. She also won the Learning Disability Practice award.

Jonathan and Veruchia had a fantastic evening meeting all the nominees and winners and would like to send a huge congratulations to everyone. It was clear that all the winners and nominees were full of passion and inspiration.
